642 Book Series

This is a series of inspirational sketchbooks/journals with random drawing or writing prompts in varied page layouts to encourage spontaneity when using them, published by Chronicle Books. I designed and illustrated a fun and approachable “642” branded look with all ages and levels of creativity in mind. 642 Things to Draw kicked off the series, with the design inspired by the classic yellow pencil. The series grew into several other books and formats with different themes that I continued to develop and illustrate. The 642 series became a bestseller with over a million copies sold.
