Shipping & Delivery

Please send a message first if interested in bulk or wholesale quantities for adjusted price and shipping rates of any item. Shipping will be done from the U.S. or Mexico, depending on the items ordered, and can take from 1-3 weeks nationally in the U.S., or 2-12 weeks internationally from Mexico.

To charge the least amount of shipping, sometimes a tracking number may not be included. If you would like to guarantee tracking or add insurance, please send a message with your order to get a quote for the additional costs.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of every order also fundraising for various causes, and the changing international locations of the shop, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

We may be able to offer a partial refund or replacement in the case of a mistaken order and depending on location, but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us with more details.

We are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or damaged orders, or for international customs fees incurred due to shipping.

Currently all orders will be processed through PayPal or Stripe thru our site platform, Squarespace. We do not sell, lend, rent or give any personal information to outside sources, individuals or organizations. Any information voluntarily submitted for ordering/quoting purposes will only be used to fulfill that particular order/quote. This information is used for that specific request unless you ask to use it in another manner, such as being added to our mailing list for possible future promotions, which you can unsubscribe from anytime. No credit card or payment information will be kept after you order has been processed.
